Jane Jewellery was born at our kitchen table, inspired by a box of our grandmother’s tangled, time-worn pieces. As we carefully took them apart and brought them back to life, we realised we weren’t just working with metal — we were preserving memories and stories.

We want you to love your piece just as much as we loved designing it. If it isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. All we ask is that the jewellery comes back to us in acceptable condition and in its original packaging.

Your jewellery is made to last. It will not fade or tarnish with normal wear. We use high quality materials and durable plating so your pieces keep their shine.

For all orders within the UK, we provide free Royal Mail tracked delivery. There is no paid priority option because it is not needed. Every customer receives the same fast, careful service.

We pack your jewellery by hand in our studio and send it out as soon as your order comes in. Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it right to your doorstep.

Delivery times can vary slightly depending on where you live, but our promise is simple: we dispatch quickly and you never pay for delivery.

Every single design is created by the three McAllister sisters. Each piece begins as a sketch at the kitchen table, is brought to life by hand in our family studio, and is carefully inspected by one of the sisters before it is sent to you.

Life happens. If a chain snaps or a stone comes loose, contact us with your order number and a photo. Within the first 6 months, we’ll repair or replace pieces that show a problem with materials or craftsmanship whenever possible.

For accidents and well-loved wear beyond that, we’re still happy to look at repair options or offer a discount on a replacement.
